Roofing Contractor in Polk County, OR

Mark has been cleaning and treating my roof and gutters for the last 5 years. His service includes a yearly re-check for minimal cost. Since then, I haven't seen a return of moss. He also checks roof condition and has the skills to make any repairs if needed. In addition, he removed a build-up of moss from my driveway, sidewalk, and a walkway in my side yard and over a year later the moss hasn't returned. Several neighbors were impressed and asked me for his contact information. Mark can be trusted to do excellent, professional, and honest work.

I cannot recommend First Aid Roof Care enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely takes pride in the work he does. It’s rare these days to find someone with this level of experience who still puts so much care into their customers and the quality of their work. Communication was fantastic, everything was explained clearly, and there was absolutely no pressure or trying to sell us something we didn’t need. You can tell immediately that Mark knows roofs inside and out and truly cares about helping people protect their homes rather than just making a sale. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the attention to detail was impressive. Reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and just genuinely great to work with. If you need roof cleaning, moss treatment, repairs, maintenance, or even just someone knowledgeable to take a look at your roof, call First Aid Roof Care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 10/10 experience and absolutely a company worth supporting!
